| What if I can't find my NCDCTA # to log-in?
Send an email to the NCDCTA Membership Secretary - Membership Secretary What comes with my membership? Horse of the Year awards, monthly newsletter, educational activities such as camps and clinics, free classified ads on the web, free trainer/farm directory on the web, access to membership directories, a U.S. Dressage Federation Group Membership (good for: showing, publications, all educational activities, and rider medals). And more! Join Now! What is the membership year? Dec. 1 - Nov. 30 What is the Horse of the Year (HOY) competition year? Nov. 16 - Nov. 15 I clicked on "Log-in to Renew Horse Registrations" and got a blank page - why? You don't have any horses currently in the NCDCTA online database - if you are a current member, click on "Log-in to Renew Memberships and Registrations", then click on the link to ADD a new horse. If you are not a current member, click on "Apply for New Membership and Registrations". I am a current member and I have horses registered, but I want to register another horse - what link do I use? Use the Log-in to Renew Horse Registrations - this will allow you to not only view, edit and renew registrations for all of your currently registered horses, but will also allow you to add a new horse. You will click on the Add a new horse near the bottom of the page, the new horse will appear at the top of your list. You will then use the Edit link to add all of the horse's information and then the Register link to register the horse. Finally, you will click on Check-out to finish and pay. I applied for a new membership and now I want to add a horse - how do I do this? You need to wait for the acceptance email from the NCDCTA Membership secretary to get your NCDCTA #, then you can log-in and add a horse as indicated above. If you know you want to apply for membership AND a horse registration - do it all at the same time and you don't have to wait for the email. When is my registration active for HOY points? On the date that you make payment - your payment is date-stamped by PayPal. I want to use a volunteer card for my horse renewal rather than paying the $50 - can I still do this? Yes, but you must use the regular mail rather than renewing online - if you need a new hard copy of the horse registration form, please go to: the Membership Page of this website. Can I use another form of payment rather than PayPal? In order to use the online Membership system, you must utilize PayPal - but you can use a major credit card OR a PayPal account. If you don't want to go through PayPal, please mail in a hard copy of the membership/horse registration form with a check. I don't have a PayPal account - can I still use the online system? Yes, you can either apply for a PayPal account or use a major credit card on the PayPal website. I renewed my membership and got a email receipt from PayPal - but the online system still shows me owing -what's up? As soon as your membership is processed by the Membership Secretary, the online system will automatically update and will reflect no monies owed. |
